Lapine is the fictional language that the rabbits speak in Watership Down. Silflay means to feed, and hraka means droppings, so "Silflay Hraka" translates to "eat sh*t". At the climax of the story Bigwig uses this phrase to effectively swear at General Woundwort during their big fight!
